Resort Manager for Luxury Resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious resort located in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort including guest services, staff management, financial performance, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the resort including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Manage a team of staff members and ensure they are properly trained and motivated to provide exceptional service to guests
- Create and implement strategies to maintain high occupancy rates and increase revenue
- Monitor financial performance of the resort and make adjustments as needed to meet budget goals
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products are provided at competitive prices
- Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new guests while retaining existing ones
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Resort Manager or similar role in a luxury property
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Must be an Indian national or have prior experience working in Saudi Arabia

Salary: $1400 per month (tax-free) plus benefits package including accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, annual leave, flight tickets home.
