Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)


We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are consistently met in guest rooms and public areas
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies for housekeeping department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient turnover of guest rooms
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to improve efficiency and quality
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy rates, room status, and other relevant data for management

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, health and safety regulations, and cleaning techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or evenings as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Note: This position is open only for Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English. Candidates with prior experience working in Qatar will be given preference.
