As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will be managing a team of staff to ensure a high level of service and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance
- Train and manage a team of staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or complaints
- Develop and implement strategies for improving hotel profitability
- Create and maintain budgets for various departments within the hotel
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate bookings are made
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience working in Qatar is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
