We are in search of a highly skilled and professional Concierge who is fluent in English to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations and assistance with local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
