Immigration Attorney

As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients seeking immigration services. This includes assisting clients with obtaining various visas, permanent resident status, and citizenship. You will also be responsible for preparing and filing legal documents, attending court hearings and meetings with government officials, and providing guidance on immigration laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Immigration Attorney
- Knowledge of Qatari immigration laws and procedures preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their immigration goals and assess their eligibility for various visas or residency programs
- Prepare and file visa applications, permanent residency applications, and citizenship applications on behalf of clients
- Attend court hearings and meetings with government officials as needed to represent clients' interests
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients
- Advise clients on the best course of action based on their individual circumstances
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations that may affect client cases
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian nationality preferred)
