Dental Assistant
As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to dentists and other oral healthcare professionals in the city of Al-Khor, Qatar. This position is open to Pakistani and Malayalee candidates who are looking for a contract job that offers a salary of 1200$. No English language proficiency is required for this role, making it suitable for non-native speakers or beginners. Additionally, this opportunity offers free visa and ticket to the selected candidate.
Your main duties will include assisting dentists during procedures, preparing patients for treatments, and maintaining patient records. You will also be responsible for sterilizing equipment and instruments, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of the dental office. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team. Previous experience is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, candidates with prior experience in a similar position will be given preference.
Key Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments, suctioning saliva from patients' mouths, and operating X-ray machines.
- Prepare patients for treatments by explaining procedures and providing necessary instructions.
- Keep accurate records of patient information such as medical history, medications taken, allergies, etc.
- Sterilize equipment and instruments according to established protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of dental office by regularly disinfecting surfaces and disposing of waste.
- Communicate effectively with patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure their comfort and address any concerns.
- Take and develop X-rays as instructed by the dentist.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure timely treatment.
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide support in administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, etc.
