Waiter for Fine Dining Restaurant

Our upscale fine dining restaurant in Doha, Qatar is currently seeking a professional and experienced Waiter to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing guests with an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer questions about menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and assist with table set-up and clearing
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Adhere to all food safety policies and procedures
- Provide suggestions for menu improvements based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a waiter in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam fluency is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for Qatar
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1100$ per month
