Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
- Accurately process payments from customers using cash or credit cards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and restrooms at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter or server in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
