Courier Delivery Associate


We are a fast-growing courier company based in Sharjah, UAE and we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Courier Delivery Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our customers in various locations throughout Sharjah. You will use your own vehicle or one provided by the company to make deliveries, so a valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load packages into your vehicle in an organized manner
- Plan the most efficient route to deliver packages
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering any questions or concerns from customers about their deliveries
- Use technology provided by the company to track packages and update delivery status
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding any issues or delays with deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made

Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle (car or motorcycle) with valid registration, insurance, and driver's license
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan efficient routes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to navigate efficiently
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier preferred but not required
- Fluency in English preferred but not required as long as basic communication skills are present

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month plus incentives based on performance.

Location:
This role is based in Sharjah, UAE and is open to Indian nationals with their own visa and accommodation.
