Legal Adviser - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Egyptian Candidates Preferred)


We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients in the UAE. This position is open to Egyptian candidates who have a strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters including corporate law, labor law, and commercial contracts.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions for clients.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings if necessary.
- Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser in the UAE.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
