Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Car Painter
- Proficient in English
- Indian nationality preferred
- Flexible to work on a contract basis without accommodation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and masking according to customer requirements
- Mix paint colors to match vehicle specifications
- Apply paint using appropriate techniques such as spraying or hand-painting
- Ensure paint is applied evenly and smoothly without runs or imperfections
- Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials
- Keep work area clean and organized
