Art Director for Creative Agency in Medina, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our dynamic and creative team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our agency's creative projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative designs that meet client objectives. You will collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and oversee the production process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, along with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent understanding of design principles and latest trends
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Ability to lead and manage a team of designers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven project management experience
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of our agency's creative projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide creative solutions that align with their brand identity
- Develop concepts for campaigns and oversee the production process from start to finish
- Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and client expectations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs when appropriate
- Present designs to clients for approval
- Work closely with other departments within the agency (such as account management) to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project budgets and timelines
