Retail Sales Associate - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are a well-established retail company looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet our company's targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit their requirements
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Meet sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling to customers
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store shelves and displays
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is running smoothly

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Previous retail or sales experience is not required but considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
