Security Specialist


We are hiring a Security Specialist to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's facilities, employees, and assets. You will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring security protocols to prevent unauthorized access and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. This position is suitable for men with or without experience who are fluent in English. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats
- Monitor surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activities
- Respond to emergency situations such as alarms or incidents
- Train employees on security protocols and procedures
- Conduct background checks on new hires and contractors
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and emergency response plans
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
