House Manager - Indian Nationals


Our prestigious client in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of their household. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of domestic staff, ensuring the smooth running of the household and maintaining the high standards set by our client.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of domestic staff including housekeepers, cooks, drivers, and gardeners
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff to ensure efficient operation of the household
- Maintain household inventory and manage budgets for purchasing necessary items
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of the property
- Plan and organize events and parties hosted by our client
- Coordinate with external service providers such as contractors, vendors, and event planners
- Handle all administrative tasks related to the household including handling bills, scheduling appointments, and managing household documents
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed by staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager or similar role in a private residence or luxury hotel setting
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Knowledge of household management best practices, including cleaning techniques, laundry care, and cooking skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends or holidays if needed

Salary: 1100$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Qatar.
