Hotel Manager



We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams
- Set and monitor operational goals, financial targets, and budget for the hotel
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met by all staff members at all times
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Oversee the planning and organization of events, conferences, or other functions held at the hotel
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies to attract more guests
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve services offered by the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing large teams
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hotel management software
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and customs related to the hospitality industry
