The Art Director will lead and oversee the creative direction and visual aesthetic of our company's projects. This individual will work closely with the design team to develop and execute concepts that align with our brand and marketing objectives. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of designers, providing creative guidance, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all visual elements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate our message.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for visual campaigns.
- Oversee all aspects of the design process, from concept development to final execution.
- Manage a team of designers, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design.
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients or stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.

Preferred:
- Experience in advertising or marketing industry is a plus.

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
