Speech Therapist

We are currently hiring a skilled and passionate Indian Speech Therapist to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to patients of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Provide individual or group therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing skills.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing at home.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with patients of all ages with various speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
