Office Assistant for Contract Position in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant for a contract position in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, and visa sponsorship will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to obtain a valid visa for employment in the UAE
