Cashier Supervisor


We are currently seeking an experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Cashier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cashier department and ensuring efficient and accurate cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train cashiers on proper cash handling procedures, customer service, and store policies
- Ensure that all cashiers are accurately processing transactions and providing excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Prepare daily reports on cashier performance and sales data
- Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to cashiers
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cashier Supervisor or similar role in a retail or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
