Job Title: Senior Accountant


We are a leading financial services firm based in Haur-Fakkan, UAE, looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month and includes accommodation.

As our Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes. You will also play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for review by management
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant standards
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP)
- Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
