Inventory Manager

We are hiring an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory control processes and ensure efficient management of company resources. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking shipments and deliveries, and developing inventory policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall management of company inventory, including tracking stock levels, identifying trends, and forecasting future needs
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of products and prevent loss or damage
- Monitor stock movements and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise
- Train and supervise a team of inventory staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and meeting performance targets
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify any discrepancies or variances
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and logistics, to coordinate inventory needs across the company
- Develop reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and techniques
- Experience managing a team is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various departments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
