Hotel Sales Manager


As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify areas of improvement, and make necessary adjustments to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, conventions, and other events to showcase the hotel's services and facilities.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients from different cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
