Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Promote sales by offering special deals or promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments for purchases using cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store's display areas
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Meet sales targets set by the management team
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for Saudi Arabia
