Biometric Passport Bank Teller

Our bank is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Biometric Passport Bank Teller to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Biometric Passport Bank Teller, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their biometric passport applications and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process biometric passport applications and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Verify customer information and conduct necessary background checks
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding biometric passports and bank services
- Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is filed
- Promote bank products and services to customers in order to meet sales goals
- Stay updated on current regulations and policies regarding biometric passports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations of the bank

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a bank teller or in a similar role
- Knowledge of biometric passport processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
