Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers to produce high-quality visual content
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling designs
- Develop creative concepts and strategies for projects that align with client objectives
- Oversee all aspects of design production, from concept development to final execution
- Ensure that all deliverables meet our company's standards of quality and brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our designs
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or studio setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, etc.
- Experience working with clients from different industries on various types of projects
such as branding materials, marketing collateral, websites, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
and attention to detail
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Relocation assistance can be provided for the right candidate.
