We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations of our company. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent leadership skills and a passion for administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the company
-Manage and supervise all administrative staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
-Plan and coordinate all administrative functions, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and organizing meetings
-Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
-Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
-Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
-Assist with budget planning and monitoring expenses
-Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
-Address any issues or concerns raised by employees in a timely manner

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
-Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a managerial position
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Outstanding leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team effectively
-Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
-High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
