A reputable wedding planning company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly experienced and talented Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding day, ensuring that their special day runs smoothly and according to their vision.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Develop detailed plans for the wedding day, including timelines and budgets
- Source and book vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor payments
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure all logistical details are in place
- Create and manage guest lists and seating arrangements
- Oversee the design and decor of the wedding venue
- Provide support and assistance on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with a passion for weddings and event planning
- Knowledge of local vendors, venues, and resources in Al-Rayyan is preferred
but not required
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is an urgent position with immediate start date. The selected candidate will be responsible for finding their own accommodation in Al-Rayyan. Visa sponsorship will be provided if necessary.
