Housekeeping Manager (Egyptian)


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers, creating work schedules, overseeing room cleanliness and maintenance, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Egyptian housekeeping professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our hotel in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to hotel standards
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens; place orders as needed
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure efficiency and quality of service
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, maintenance, and laundry to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
