Legal Counsel - Indian Nationals



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment and use your expertise to provide legal advice and support to our company.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for handling all legal matters relating to our company's operations in Qatar. This includes reviewing and drafting contracts, providing legal opinions, conducting legal research, and advising the company on any potential risks or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts, including but not limited to commercial contracts, employment contracts, and lease agreements.
- Providing legal opinions on various matters related to the company's operations.
- Conducting legal research on local laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure that all business activities are legally sound.
- Advising the company on any potential risks or issues that may arise.
- Representing the company in negotiations and discussions with external parties.
- Handling any disputes or litigations that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in Qatar.
- Excellent knowledge of Qatari laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Indian nationality is a must.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month along with free visa and ticket. The working hours for this position are from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position does not include accommodation.
