We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Online Tutor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing virtual lessons and support to students of various ages and educational levels. This is a remote position with flexible hours, making it perfect for individuals looking for part-time work or those who prefer to work from home.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tutoring
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong knowledge in the subject(s) you will be tutoring
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual lessons using various online platforms
- Create lesson plans and teaching materials based on student needs
- Provide academic support and guidance to students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Maintain regular communication with students and their parents/guardians as needed
