Waiter/Waitress


A popular restaurant in Al-Wakra, Qatar is seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, taking their orders and providing menu recommendations
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and promptly communicate any mistakes or delays to the kitchen
- Prepare beverages and serve food to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs, refilling drinks and clearing plates as necessary
- Process payments using POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restocking supplies as needed
- Cooperate with all team members to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Must be Indian or Pakistani with valid work permit in Qatar
- No English proficiency required, but basic communication skills are preferred
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is not required, but highly desirable
- Minimum education level of 12th pass (high school diploma)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
