Chemical Engineer - Contract Position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are currently seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing chemical processes and equipment. You will also be responsible for overseeing the production of chemicals and ensuring that they meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Research and develop chemical processes and equipment
- Design new chemical processes or modify existing ones
- Conduct experiments to improve existing processes or develop new ones
- Analyze data and interpret results to make recommendations for improvements
- Oversee the production of chemicals and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues with production processes
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to optimize process efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, process changes, and results
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in the field of chemical engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (additional knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1800$ per month.

This job is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
