Art Director - Creative Design Lead


We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Creative Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all visual design projects and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of creativity and quality. Your main goal will be to effectively communicate our brand's message through various media, including print, digital, and video.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of designers to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand's vision and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms
- Create compelling visual designs for various mediums such as packaging, advertising, social media content, website graphics, and more
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects
- Conduct regular reviews of design work to provide constructive feedback and ensure consistency in quality
- Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or corporate environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across various mediums
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Pakistani nationality preferred
