Supply Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain process and ensuring that all materials and resources are acquired in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency
- Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments, including logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure smooth operations
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate potential disruptions or shortages in the supply chain

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Supply Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
