Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist

The Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes in our manufacturing facility in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering principles, as well as experience working with lean manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies
- Monitor production data and analyze trends to identify potential areas for improvement
- Develop cost-benefit analyses for proposed process improvements
- Train employees on new processes and procedures as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in process improvement within a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in statistical analysis software (such as Minitab or JMP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Urdu or English/French) preferred but not required

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Ar-Ruwais, Qatar
