Job Title: English Speaking Concierge in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional English-speaking Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all guests and assist them with their needs during their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to speak multiple languages is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of the surrounding area and local attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship
