Immigration Attorney

The Law Firm of Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients seeking immigration services. This position requires a strong understanding of immigration law in Qatar and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients regarding their immigration matters
- Prepare and submit visa applications, appeals, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations
- Communicate with government agencies, courts, and other relevant parties on behalf of clients
- Attend hearings, interviews, and appointments with clients as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client cases and progress
- Work closely with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient handling of cases
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Immigration Attorney in Qatar or a similar jurisdiction
- Knowledge of Qatari immigration laws and regulations is required
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines
- Must have a valid license to practice law in Qatar

We offer a competitive salary package of $1600 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. This position does not require relocation or provide accommodation, so candidates must already be located in Al-Rayyan or willing to relocate at their own expense. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-Qatari nationalities.
