Art Director for Pakistani in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are a leading creative agency in Al-Khor, Qatar and we are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts that align with client's brand identity
- Create sketches, storyboards or mock-ups to communicate design ideas
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product delivery
- Manage and provide guidance to a team of designers, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred with excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
