Operations Manager


We are currently hiring for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is suitable for men and requires no English proficiency.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations in Dubai. This includes managing a team, setting and achieving operational goals, and ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting financial targets.

The ideal candidate should have experience in operations management, preferably in the Malayalee or Egyptian community. A background in the hospitality or service industry is also preferred. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Set operational goals and develop strategies to achieve them
- Monitor processes to ensure efficiency and make improvements as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service
- Analyze financial data and create budgets to meet company targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across all areas of the company
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management
- Fluent in Malayalee or Egyptian language preferred
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
