Contract Manager

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contracts and agreements for our company in El-Ain. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, as well as manage any changes or modifications to existing contracts. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with various departments to identify contract needs and provide guidance on contract terms
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with clients or vendors
- Monitor contract performance to ensure timely delivery of goods or services
- Communicate any changes or modifications to existing contracts to relevant parties
- Provide guidance on potential legal issues arising from contracts and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and related documents
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders involved in the contract process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract management or a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: El-Ain, Egypt (preference for Indian nationals)
