Assistant Manager


We are a rapidly growing company based in El-Ain and we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, with the potential for growth within the company. We welcome individuals from all nationalities, but we have a preference for Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. This includes but is not limited to managing staff, handling customer concerns, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are being followed efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. While previous managerial experience is preferred, it is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, candidates with prior experience in customer service or hospitality will be given priority.

As this is a contract position, it is ideal for those who are looking for short-term employment or who have recently relocated to El-Ain. We also offer visa sponsorship for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations
- Manage and train staff members
- Handle customer concerns and complaints
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace
- Assist with scheduling shifts and managing employee attendance

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior managerial experience preferred (but not required)
- Experience in customer service or hospitality will be given priority
