Warehouse Operations Manager


We are currently searching for a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and staff management.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse activities.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are following safety protocols and meeting performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Analyze data on warehouse productivity, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a warehouse setting.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
The salary for this position will be 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Riyadh.
