Contract Attorney - Medina, India


We are currently hiring a highly skilled and motivated Contract Attorney to join our team in Medina, India. As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on various contractual matters. This is a great opportunity for law students or recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in the legal field.

Responsibilities:
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on various legal issues
- Provide guidance on contract negotiations and terms
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Represent clients in court if necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (LLB or JD)
- At least 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with contract law experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Indian contract laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position suitable for Indian candidates who are legally allowed to work in India. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain practical experience in the legal field while also earning an income.
