Online Consultant (Part-time, Visa Sponsorship)

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients through online channels. This includes responding to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through online channels (chat, email, social media)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall company success

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented attitude with a desire to help others
- Previous experience in customer service or online support is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this part-time position. Working hours are flexible, but you will be expected to work at least 20 hours per week.

Visa Sponsorship:
We are willing to sponsor work visas for qualified candidates who require it.

Location:
This position is based in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. However, we welcome applications from Indian or Egyptian nationals who are currently living in Al Kharj or willing to relocate.
