Gardener - Ar-Ruwais



Our gardening company is seeking a talented and experienced Gardener to join our team in the beautiful city of Ar-Ruwais. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscapes and gardens of our clients' properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, providing visa sponsorship for candidates from India or Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as watering, mowing, pruning, and weeding to ensure the health and beauty of plants.
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
- Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and other issues.
- Keep gardens clean and orderly by removing debris, leaves, and other waste.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for garden improvements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener with knowledge of various plants and gardening techniques.
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.
- Physical endurance to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required for this role, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:
- Previous experience working in a similar role in the Middle East region.
- Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi language.
