Retail Sales Associate in Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking a customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the store's appearance, and processing transactions accurately.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous retail or sales experience required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or other point-of-sale systems
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and displaying merchandise according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate any complex issues to the store manager
