Entry-level Merchandiser in Al-Kuwait

We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-level Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Entry-level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper display and promotion of products in various retail stores. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals without experience to gain valuable skills and experience in the merchandising industry.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores and ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked according to company guidelines
- Negotiate with store managers to secure prime display locations and additional promotional space for our products
- Set up product displays, arrange signage, and implement promotional materials as directed by management
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overages to the appropriate personnel
- Report on store sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity to assist with sales strategies

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with team members and store managers
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds if necessary

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month, plus commission based on sales performance.

Unfortunately, we do not offer accommodation for this position. Candidates will be responsible for finding their own housing while working in Al-Kuwait.
