Merchandiser (Abu-Dhabi)


As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in Abu-Dhabi. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement merchandising strategies that increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Your duties will include creating eye-catching displays, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and make recommendations. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer behavior, and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided for Egyptian nationals with their own visa.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry. You should have a passion for showcasing products in an attractive way and be able to understand customers' needs and preferences. Strong organizational skills are also essential as you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that displays are always well-stocked. Additionally, proficiency in English is required as this role involves communicating with customers from different backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are always available
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotions and special offers

- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of customer behavior
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities
- Egyptian nationals with their own visa preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ for this part-time position. Accommodation will also be provided for Egyptian nationals with their own visa.
