Merchandiser - Indian/Malayalee (Al-Kuwait)

As a Merchandiser for our retail store in Al-Kuwait, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual from India or Kerala (Malayalee) to join our team. This position is suitable for men who have their own visa and can work without accommodation.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized. Your main goal will be to increase sales by attracting and engaging customers through effective merchandising techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays to showcase our products and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about any restocking needs
- Ensure that all products are accurately priced and labeled
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute seasonal promotions or events
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess the overall appearance of the store and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Requirements:
- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar retail role is an asset but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa and be able to work without accommodation

Salary: 1300$ per month
